• Cancellations made 2 days to 1 day before the event: 50% of the participation fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the participation fee
If you wish to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
In case of cancellation due to weather or organizer circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
